Hi Unless you have a problem i would leave aloan You need a upgrade from your isp not thompson Thompson will have a number of firmware upgrade versions for usaeurope etc Your isp will probably have one specificaly for their systems and only require entering your internet user account and password so saving a lot of configuration Some router modems include the ability to look for upgrades back to manufacturer or isp web site Regards Mike Barnes.
